Meet Bertus Groenewegen

I’m Bertus Groenewegen, the creator of Obeya Prototyper. My passion has always been continuous improvement—for teams, organizations, and myself.

As a certified coach in Leading with Obeya and the Obeya Association, I help teams bring clarity and structure to their work. Before this, I worked as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Release Train Engineer, always focused on helping teams visualize complexity, align faster, and make better decisions.

I’ve worked with Eneco, Stedin, Aegon, the Dutch Police, Customs, and Essent, and one thing has always been clear: when teams have a shared understanding, they make progress faster.
